Particle Count and Size Analysis
Particle count and size analysis is important in a wide range of industries including food processing, lubrication, cutting and grinding, to name a few. For example – shown below is a 100X SEM image of copper and alumium oxide particles. By changing contrast parameters an image that shows only the bright copper particles is created. This image is ready for automatic particle counting and size determination.
