Using SEM/EDS to Evaluate HASL Coatings
This presentation discusses how poor HASL quality on PWBs can affect PCBAs. Several examples of poor HASL quality are illustrated with SEM/EDS data. Recommendations are made for mitigation of this recurring quality issue.
