Calibration and QC: If calibration is absent, physical dimensions are omitted and pixel measurements remain. Footer trim is for excluding an SEM metadata footer, not altering the specimen.

Interpretation Limits

Review the overlay, confidence, calibration, and warnings.

This screening does not establish IPC compliance, product acceptance, electrical performance, or root cause. Filled or blind vias may correctly return no PTH; ambiguous or low-confidence results require review.
